Daily, you will be asked to call on your clients and explain the process to them, assuring them that we are on top of their case. You will fight on behalf of your clients against tough insurance companies and will get plenty of courtroom experience as you will be responsible for filing motions, attending hearings, participating in depositions, and more.

Role Description:
We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. You must possess experience in the following areas
Conducting legal research and analysis on various issue
Taking depositions of clients, defendants, expert witnesses
Participating in arbitrations, mediations, and trials
Preparing legal documents like pleadings, motions, and briefs
Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
Negotiating settlements and drafting settlement agreements
Assisting with trial preparation and strategy
Requirements:
Admission to the Illinois State Bar
Trial experience which includes plaintiff personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiff.
Experience in court ordered mandatory arbitration and alternative dispute mediation
Experience in AAA underinsured cases
Experience with having a caseload of prelitigation cases and trials at the same time
