Central States / TeamCare, one of the nation's largest multi-employer health and welfare funds, along with its affiliated pension fund, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its mid-sized Law Department in Chicago, Illinois. The attorney will represent the Funds in federal litigation related to contributions, benefits, withdrawal liability, bankruptcy, and other ERISA related matters, while also providing counsel on administrative and compliance issues. Qualified candidates should possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Zero to five years of litigation experience; ERISA-related litigation experience preferred.
