Litigation Associate
Petrarca, Gleason, Boyle and Izzo, LLC is seeking an attorney to join our practice as an Associate in our Downers Grove or Flossmoor office to assist with litigation and transactional matters. Excellent analytical, writing, research and communication skills are required. Responsibilities: Trial preparation assistance, including strategy discussion, discovery, records reviews, client interviews and witness preparation Research, both legal and factual investigation Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions Answer written discovery requests Analyze and summarize legal documents Attendance and/or assistance at depositions, hearings and other court matters Case analysis and strategy Contract review Updating client employee handbooks Assisting clients with various legal needs Skills and Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school Ability to handle multiple projects and understand the importance of deadlines Takes initiative on projects Pays attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office Salary/Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Interested candidates should forward their resumes to Jennifer Schwendener at jschwendener@petrarcagleason.com
