The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling complex litigation matters, with a strong background in personal injury and/or medical malpractice cases. Responsibilities include drafting and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence, Efiling documents in all Illinois counties, maintaining case files, assisting with trial preparation, managing deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
