Patel Law, P.C., a respected Urbana-based personal injury and criminal defense firm led by U.S. Navy Veteran and trial attorney Baku N. Patel, seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team remotely on a commission-based model.
The position is ideal for a motivated attorney capable of independently managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including settlement negotiations and lien reductions. Must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience and an active Illinois law license.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role (W-9 required). Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential. E
xperience with CasePeer preferred, though proficiency with other case management or CRM platforms is easily transferable.
Compensation is commission-based on net recovery, with expected annual income of $100,000+ based on the firm's average personal injury revenue over the past five years. Flexible hours and remote work environment.
