Attorney
The law firm of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC seeks an attorney with 2+ years experience and a background or interest in Litigation to join our Elmhurst office. Duties will include complex Family Law drafting (ex. Motions for Summary and Declaratory Judgment, Actions to Join 3rd Parties, Appeals, Pre & Post-Nuptial Agreements); motion practice; taking depositions; and trials. Most of our cases are in Cook, DuPage, and Lake County. Candidates should have a general knowledge of the rules of evidence, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to work both as a team and independently. Family law experience is NOT required.
