Associate Attorney
Suburban Chicago firm seeks Associate Attorney with 1-5 years experience to represent clients in general litigation and administrative law matters. Applicants should have a strong writing background, and be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and have the ability to work independently. Applicants should also have superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The chosen applicant will be expected to draft pleadings, motions practice documents, attend court, and respond to discovery. The firm will provide hands-on experience and training in all litigation skills at the trial and appellate levels. Additional tasks may include assistance on corporate and transactional matters as well as regulatory and administrative compliance. Our attorneys counsel national, international, and regional closely held entities and not-for-profits as well as individuals with their litigation, compliance, and governance needs. Writing samples will be requested. Salary is commensurate with experience. Full-Time. Potential for Bonus. 401K with company match that vests immediately and health/vison/dental offered.
