Associate Attorney
We are a growing litigation defense firm seeking an associate attorney with at least one year of litigation experience and ideally at least 2-3 years litigation experience. Candidates should be licensed to practice law in Illinois. Applicants should have experience litigating matters such as negligence cases, premises liability, transportation, construction, insurance coverage, products liability, medical negligence, or similar issues.

This position is based in Chicago, and while we support and encourage remote work for our staff, the role cannot be entirely remote and staff must be Chicago based. Attorneys should expect to be physically in the office a portion of the week as they will need to be physically present for court hearings, site inspections, depositions, trials, internal trainings and meetings, and other events as needed.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
