Anderson, Rasor & Partners, LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join its team of litigators. This job offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned trial attorneys, learning and ultimately handling all aspects of complex cases in a collaborative environment. We are searching for motivated individuals with a background in medical malpractice, transportation, long term care/nursing home defense and/or premises liability defense litigation. Candidates will have between three and ten years' experience in general case management, including drafting responsive pleadings, motions, and written discovery; attending court proceedings; and conducting depositions. Excellent communication, research and writing skills required. Applicants are required to have a Juris Doctorate (JD) and licensed in the State of Illinois. Salary commensurate with experience, with benefit package included and bonus opportunities available.
