Levin Ginsburg, a respected Chicago law firm, is looking for a Corporate Transactional Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our growing team. Our focus is on serving closely-held and family-owned businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex transactions: M&A, corporate finance, and succession planning.
• Advise on corporate governance and business continuity.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development.
Qualifications
• J.D., Illinois Bar membership, 6+ years in corporate transactional work.
• Experience in M&A, venture capital, corporate finance; commercial real estate a plus.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
