Ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of firsthand litigation experience, thrives on fierce advocacy and has strong, proven drafting and courtroom skills. Prior experience in real estate litigation a plus. Should be very confident in their ability to handle motion practice, depositions, discovery and trials.
