About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal to be part of a growing and dynamic legal team and to perform critical litigation work. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and technical skills, thrive in a team environment, and work independently with initiative and drive.

This position will support litigation attorneys, principally working on litigation or other matters with responsibility for day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review and prepare pleadings, document production, balance sheets, analyze financial records in connection with various transactions and projects. Otherwise support varied business and financial transactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.

Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Adobe and Excel (e.g., data entry, importing data, arithmetic formulas). Attention to detail and an ability to organize and multitask a must.

A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a paralegal in a law firm litigation setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and drafting skills.
