We are looking for a Spanish speaking experienced workers' compensation legal assistant or paralegal. This position requires your full-time presence onsite in our downtown office.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing basic inquiries.
Order and organize medical records, reports, and other documentation related to the case.
Communicate with medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information.
Maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Desired skills/attributes:
At least 2 years of workers' compensation experience handling a heavy caseload.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding listening and communication skills.
Openness to learning and development.
Collaborative, respectful, and positive attitude.
