Insurance Defense - Senior Associate Attorney
Lindsay, Pickett & Postel, LLC is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Senior Associate to join its growing Insurance Defense practice within its Chicago office.

Our defense practice focuses on construction negligence, premises and product liability, transportation and general tort defense.
The Position
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the defense group
• Engage with a diverse range of complex construction litigation, premises liability, product liability, and transportation liability matters
• Research and prepare briefs, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage a litigation caseload of 30-40 files
• Handle all phases of defense litigation
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
• 8+ years of experience handling insurance defense and litigation
• Portable business is welcome, but not required
• Experience with construction, premises product liability and/or transportation claims is ideal
• Expert witness and trial experience is preferred
