Associate Attorney
Our busy Wheaton law firm is seeking a full-time associate attorney with 2+ years experience in the areas of divorce and domestic relations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with regular court appearances (including contested hearings and trials), frequent client interaction, settlement negotiations, drafting of pleadings and orders and preparation and review of discovery. Further, a qualified applicant should have good people skills, the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic.
Annual salary $110,000 to $140,000 - commensurate with experience and skill and subject to a generous bonus structure. 401(k), BCBS health benefits, Hybrid/WFH schedules available and opportunity for advancement are available. All resumes submitted will be held in confidence.
Must have at least one year of experience in the area of family law.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and be in good standing.
Travel within the Chicago suburbs is required (must have a vehicle).
