Immediately seeking a litigation associate with at least 2 years' experience in Insurance Coverage and/or Commercial Litigation to join our boutique law firm in Lisle, IL. Our firm is in the suburbs, but our practice is international. We offer a collegial atmosphere, beautiful office space, competitive pay, and generous benefits.
Requirements
Position requires candidate to: evaluate adverse carrier coverage positions; interpret insurance policy language; research insurance and contract issues; review documents related to litigation; draft motions and pleadings; assist in conducting and defending depositions; participate in arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings.
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school required. Admission to the bar of at least one U.S. state required.
