Associate Attorney
About Us: Aleksy Belcher, LLC is a distinguished personal injury and workers' compensation law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal representation with a client-focused approach. We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of civil discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
Manage cases from initial filing through trial, including motion practice and case strategy.
Represent clients effectively in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions.
Maintain client communications and provide regular updates on case progress.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois Bar.
Proven track record of managing and resolving personal injury cases.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $100K+ per year (commensurate with experience).
