Associate Attorney
The law firm of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC seeks an associate attorney with 2+ years experience and a background or interest in Litigation to join our Elmhurst office. Duties will include: drafting Summary Judgment Motions, Declaratory Judgments, Actions to Join 3rd Parties, Appeals, Pre & Post-Nuptial Agreements, and other complex Family Law pleadings; motion practice; taking depositions; and trials. Most of our cases are in Cook, DuPage, and Lake County. Candidates should have a general knowledge of the rules of evidence, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to work both as a team and independently. Family law experience is NOT required.
