Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation - Flexible Hybrid
Klein, Daday, Aretos & O'Donoghue, LLC (KDAO) is a boutique suburban firm that works to handle the everyday needs of our clients by providing excellent legal service in a timely and efficient manner. KDAO is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join their banking and finance litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in civil litigation matters primarily with the mortgage foreclosure and collections group, and will possess strong research and writing abilities, good communication skills, and initiative. Salary commensurate with experience. A background check will be required.

Flexible Hybrid Schedule: Associate attorneys can choose work from home options and will have an office space available for them at our Schaumburg location. Associate attorneys can also use our Chicago location.
