Associate Attorney
A law firm based in Crystal Lake, the Northwest Suburbs, seeks an associate attorney with one or more years of experience. Real estate, civil litigation, and estate planning are the main practice areas. The associate will work on a variety of litigation cases. Most of the litigation cases involve commercial litigation, title insurance litigation, and real estate litigation. Litigation duties include drafting pleadings, motion practice, depositions, and trials. Most of our cases are in Cook County and the surrounding counties. Some real estate closing and business transactional work is also involved. Title insurance or real estate experience is a plus. Excellent verbal, writing, and research skills are a must. Illinois Bar License is a requirement. Health insurance is not offered as a benefit.
