Workers Compensation Attorney


The ILLINOIS HAMMER (DWORKIN & MACIARIELLO) is waiting for you to join our team! Everyone on Team D&M is dedicated to helping injured people receive the care and compensation they deserve. We are looking for compassionate, empathetic people who enjoy helping others, for our WORKERS COMPENSATION ATTORNEY position.

HYBRID positions available along with flex schedule opportunities. Our nationwide team also knows how to have fun! Monthly activities include performance contests, virtual events, charity 5k runs and firm parties.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills and sense of empathy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience using a Personal Injury client database software
Workers Compensation or Personal Injury law firm experience
Workers Compensation attorney with 0-5 years experience preferred.

Education/Licenses

Illinois State Bar License
Responsibilities:

Appear before the IWCC to represent plaintiffs in Workers Compensation claims
Conduct depositions of medical providers
Secure TTD benefits, PPD benefits and medical care for plaintiffs
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing council to obtain maximum case values for plaintiffs
Maintain regular and comprehensive communication with plaintiffs
