Personal Injury Attorney

Established and growing Chicago Plaintiff Personal Injury firm seeking a trial attorney with 0-5 years' experience in Personal Injury law from the filing of suit to trial. The candidate should be aggressive, motivated to take cases to trial, have expertise in client communication and the ability to multi-task and be excited to work on a diverse caseload. The position allows the attorney to work collaboratively with other trial attorneys in the office and pays salary, benefits (BCBS PPO Health Insurance, Dental/Vision, 401k with Safe Harbor Contribution, and Paid-Time Off/Holidays), and very competitive fee splitting for originated business.

The candidate should be highly motivated and eager to handle multiple Plaintiff Personal Injury cases in both state and federal court from suit to trial.
The candidate should have a strong desire to litigate aggressively and take cases to trial.
0-5 years experience in personal injury.
Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois.
