Banking Associate

Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., a midsized Chicago law firm with an established and well-regarded commercial banking practice, seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience representing banks in significant commercial foreclosure cases, bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, collections, lender liability and other creditors' rights work. This is an amazing opportunity to directly work with and be mentored by experienced partners in this area. You must have superior organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle a large case load. Applicants should also have a basic understanding of creditors' rights law as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
