Plaintiff's Personal Injury Legal Secretary
Large Personal Injury Law firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate for this position has at least 3-5 years of Personal Injury experience and must be an organized, able to support multiple attorneys at once and manage deadlines in order to meet client's needs and court deadlines. Knowledge of the litigation process, court rules, Efiling and procedures is required.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting attorneys with various case matters such as opening files, preparing pleadings, Efiling with the Courts, Motion practice via Email, scheduling depositions on multi-party litigation files
Preparing documents such as Complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, deposition notices, subpoenas
Preparing for pre-trials and trials and communicating effectively with clients among other duties.

Excellent communication and Organization skills
Ability to think critically and analyze information
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and function at a high level in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a team and have an upbeat, positive, and proactive attitude
