FMCO is seeking an entry level associate attorney to join our vibrant and outgoing team of Plaintiffs' attorneys based in Geneva, Illinois. The associate will immediately enter a fast-paced practice of experienced litigators.

Candidates for this position should have an interest in Plaintiffs' employment litigation, workers' compensation, and complex civil ligation.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois; No prior experience required; Office based in Geneva, IL (western suburbs); Ability to read, write and speak Spanish (not required); Ability to work effectively and amicably with others; Time-management and multi-tasking skills; Ability to manage and maintain a large caseload; Willingness to attend court statuses and hearings; Strong writing skills; Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
