Real Estate Transactional Associate


Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., a midsized Chicago Loop law firm, seeks a real estate associate having a minimum of one to three years of experience and an interest in a career-building opportunity to join our expanding practice and learn from highly experienced partners. Our ideal candidate will both contribute and gain experience with commercial lease drafting; financing issues; assisting in complex, commercial real estate transactions; and handling general real estate and land use matters. A candidate with corporate transactional or tax experience is a plus, but not required.

Our successful candidate must have an impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills in order to simultaneously handle multiple matters. Our candidate must possess demonstrated and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) that enable all stakeholders, clients and team colleagues to be kept abreast of progress and developments on a given matter while also contributing to the overall rapport, collaboration and collective success of the parties involved.
