Associate


Well-established, high-volume suburban family law practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle and assist with complex divorce, child-related, and other family law matters. Ideal candidates will have at least 5-plus years of experience in the area of family law.
Candidates must have impeccable integrity, top-notch writing skills, be able to take direction, have meticulous research capabilities, learn quickly, work independently on projects and cases, meet deadlines, and produce excellent quality work. The ideal candidate is comfortable with regular court appearances (specifically hearings and trials), client interaction, settlement negotiations, drafting of pleadings and orders, and preparation and review of discovery. A qualified applicant will have excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, analytical, be able to work efficiently, effectively, and with compassion while working independently and as a part of our team.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill, and subject to performance-based review. Our firm's attorneys are expected to invest time and effort in their own professional development, networking, and teaching opportunities to invest in the development of other family law attorneys as well as professional connections that our firm works with.
