Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil defense matters across various practice areas in both state and federal court.
Conduct legal research and analysis, prepare legal documents, and develop case strategies.
Attend court proceedings and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Stay updated on relevant legal trends and changes in legislation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Minimum of four years of experience in civil defense or relevant practice areas.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
