Pretzel & Stouffer is seeking an experienced attorney to join its general liability and tort defense practice. Celebrating 80 years as one of Chicago’s top defense firms, Pretzel & Stouffer is looking for a teammate who can work collaboratively and independently to defend businesses, individuals, and public entities in transportation, premises liability, and construction claims in Cook and its collar counties. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of litigation experience in Cook County’s Law Division-Motion Section, including deposition and trial experience and strong legal writing skills.
This is a hybrid position, with in-office attendance mandated as responsibilities and assignments dictate and remote work offered and approved through proven performance and regular communication.
