Associate Attorney

The open Associate Attorney position focuses on both pre-litigation and litigation matters involving child sexual abuse, sexual assault, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and other significant injury cases. Our team handles matters from initial intake and investigation through trial, working collaboratively to provide thorough representation at every stage of the litigation process.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience in personal injury law to join one of our litigation teams. The team consists of a partner, an associate attorney, and a dedicated paralegal, allowing attorneys to work closely together while developing meaningful litigation experience.
This role is litigation-focused and ideal for an attorney who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive matters involving sexual abuse and assault. The position offers significant hands-on experience managing cases, participating in discovery, and contributing to case strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience managing extensive discovery, reviewing and evaluating medical records, and conducting legal research and writing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
