Newer Attorney Welcome - 1-2 Years of experience. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury law to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a variety of personal injury cases, develop your litigation skills, and contribute to our firm’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills, a passion for advocacy, and a commitment to client success.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents Conduct legal research and provide analysis on statutes, regulations and case law Represent clients in hearings, negotiations and other legal proceedings Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation Collaborate with internal teams or clients to develop legal strategies and solutions Support litigation or transactional matters from inception through resolution Maintain organized case files and ensure timely updates to legal systems Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on client matters Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel and regulatory bodies Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with legal and professional obligations
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar 1 to 2 years of experience in personal injury law or related litigation fields highly preferred Strong research skills Excellent legal writing and drafting capabilities with attention to detail Experience with with going to Court and representing Firm in courthouses Familiarity with legal administrative processes and office management software Demonstrated negotiation skills with a proactive approach to client advocacy Join us at The Driscoll Firm, P.C., where your dedication will make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while advancing your legal career in a supportive environment filled with growth opportunities!
