Associate Attorney
Downtown Chicago law firm servicing Businesses, Not-For-Profits, and Government Organizations seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in litigation and real estate/zoning. The attorney would work in the areas of:
1. Managing matters in the areas of real estate, zoning, and business licensing.
2. Assisting with litigation (pleadings, motions, discovery) in various areas of the law including commercial litigation; employment law; civil rights claims; torts; and insurance matters.
3. Assisting with bi-weekly municipal debt collection hearings.
