Associate
Fletcher & Sippel has an opportunity for an associate with 5+ years of litigation experience to join the firm's Personal Injury Defense and Commercial Group as a traditional associate and take on an important role in litigation with direct contact with client representatives and opposing counsels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and other pleadings, attending court conferences, and arguing motions and handling discovery related activities.
The candidate must be an excellent writer with finely honed analytical skills, able to handle multiple matters with independence and sound judgment, and able to work effectively and efficiently with other attorneys and staff inside and outside of the Litigation Group. Some travel is required. Salary competitive based on experience.
