We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team at Fabbrini Law Group. As a plaintiff's personal injury law firm, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those who have experienced injury and adversity.
Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in legal practice, with a focus on personal injury law
Location: Chicago, IL 60601
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
Responsibilities:
Evaluating potential cases through consultations with prospective clients Court appearances both in person and on Zoom Negotiating with insurance providers to secure equitable settlements Handling discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
Collaborating closely with firm partners, investigators, and staff Keeping abreast of the latest legal developments in personal injury law
Prerequisites:
Juris Doctorate degree from a recognized law school Active membership in the Illinois Bar, free from any disciplinary actions Minimum 3 years experience in personal injury litigation Meticulous attention to detail, and superior organizational skills Ability to work in a team setting
Preferred Qualification:
Proficiency in the Spanish language is considered an asset
