Litigation Associate
Cremer Law is currently seeking an Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience to join the firm's growing office in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate would be licensed in Illinois and have strong writing and analytical skills.
Foreign language skills, including experience with the Asian insurance market, are a plus.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting pleadings and written discovery
Supervising all aspects of e-discovery
Taking complex cases from inception to completion
Performing high level legal research and writing
Being comfortable executing on a pre-determined strategy
Operating by yourself as well as with a team
Attending court remotely and in person
Assisting with all aspects of complex litigation cases and preparing cases for trial.
