Associate Attorney
Associate attorney for sophisticated boutique family law firm in Chicago.
60% minimum time; negotiable.

Boutique family law firm seeking associate attorney to work with principal attorney on all aspects of cases, including preparing for and representing clients at hearings and trials, during mediation and the collaborative law process, and managing day-to-day operation of cases.
Duties Include
Manage discovery, including preparing requests, responses to discovery and subpoenas. Draft discovery requests, responses to discovery and subpoenas.
Draft other legal documents and pleadings.
Work with clients on all aspects of representation.
Perform legal research and prepare memoranda on a variety of issues including financial, parenting, discovery and litigation-related matters.
Handle court appearances, including hearings, pretrials and status calls.
Assist in preparation and representation in mediation and collaborative law process.
Second chair trials.
Assist in appeals.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
