Expanding, high volume, and reputable Consumer Bankruptcy Firm seeks an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. The position includes a competitive compensation package offered with exceptional benefits. This position is hybrid where the attorney can work virtually at home part of the job.

We are very customer-centric. Our goal is to help our clients successfully navigate the filing and litigating of a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy to overcome what is potentially the worst situation of their lives. We believe in communicating regularly with our clients to guide them through the legal process as well as update them with the status of their case.

We have top-of-the-line case management software in the cloud and are fully equipped to represent clients in the new virtual era with work-from-home flexibility. We have new computers, dual monitors, scanners, and any tool imaginable allowing you to do your job as quickly and efficiently as possible. Job is very autonomous

Salary:
$65,000 plus monthly bonus
Supplemental Pay:
Retention Bonus after 1 year!
