The Froum Law Group, LLC seeks an associate with at least 2 years of trust & estate, probate and, if possible, tax experience. Specifically, the candidates must have work experience consistent with his/her level, including drafting estate plans and administering trusts and estates. Experience preparing federal gift and estate tax returns is a plus.

The candidate must be admitted to the Illinois Bar, have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and be an active member in good standing of the Illinois Bar.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

Team oriented, demonstrating ability to work with other members of the firm to deliver appropriate solutions to clients.

High attention to accuracy and thoroughness.

Outstanding written and oral communications skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas and solutions to clients and others with varying levels of sophistication.

Commitment to learning new concepts.

The compensation package includes:

Six figure salary and discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience and productivity.
