Experienced Corporate Transactional Associate


Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., a midsized Chicago Loop law firm, seeks a corporate transactional associate with a minimum of two to four years of experience who is interested in a career-building opportunity to join a growing team and learn from many highly experienced partners. Our successful candidate must have technical research and drafting experience in general corporate transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses; corporate governance and formation; LLC documentation; day-to-day transactional agreements; and similar transactional experience. A candidate with commercial real estate and/or tax experience is a plus, but not required.

Our successful candidate must have an impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills in order to simultaneously handle multiple matters with different partners. Our candidate must possess demonstrated and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) that enable all stakeholders, clients and team colleagues to be kept abreast of progress and developments on a given matter while also contributing to the overall rapport, collaboration and collective success of the parties involved.
