Associate Attorney

The Women's Divorce & Family Law Group by Haid and Teich, LLP is looking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney. Our firm has the distinction of being Illinois' first law firm to focus on women's and mothers' rights in divorce and custody (allocation) matters. Primary Function: We have immediate need for an experienced attorney with a passionate interest in family law to work on a variety of cases including, but not limited to: divorce, legal separation, parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, maintenance, child support, orders of protection, and other related matters. The right candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving daily court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients. Qualifications:

•Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and be a member in good standing.

•A minimum of 3-10+ years of experience as a litigator (family law experience preferred).

•Demonstratable ability to manage your own caseload and clients.

•Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

•Strong legal research and writing skills.
