Trial Lawyer

Established multi-state plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks a seasoned trial lawyer with minimum three (3) years of proven trial experience for its Chicago office. Seeking a candidate experienced in litigation of auto accidents, trucking accidents, nursing home, and premises liability matters. The ideal candidate must have tried personal injury cases to verdict, have experience with every aspect of the litigation process from drafting a lawsuit through trial, have experience with both discovery and evidence depositions, and a thorough understanding of expert witness utilization. In addition, the ideal candidate must be hard working, organized, value client communication, and be willing to work on and manage multiple cases with the passion and desire to try them to verdict. We seek a candidate who wants to make a commitment to a law firm and their profession, and not a job hopper.
We provide an outstanding working environment with the support necessary for you to succeed. We offer an excellent compensation package consisting of salary, aggressive bonus structure, quality health insurance, and paid vacation. If your motivation is a high rise office with an exceptional view, this is probably not the job for you. However, if you are willing to dedicate yourself to your profession, and work hard, the sky is the limit.
Please forward cover letter, resume, verdict history, and salary requirements.
