Illinois Creditors Bar Association
Founded in 1995, the Illinois Creditors Bar Association (ILCBA) is a statewide organization for attorneys practicing in the area of creditors rights. With over 230 members, the ILCBA is the largest of its kind in the country. Our member-directed association is focused on providing education for our members, positively influencing creditor/debtor legislation, and providing liaison with local courts and government agencies.
