Small downtown Evanston law firm with a positive atmosphere seeks a reliable part-time Office Manager.
Must have ability to manage ongoing administrative tasks, including but not limited to bookkeeping, communicating with payroll administrators, general human resources, client billing, managing benefits programs, and coordinating with software/IT vendors.
The candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently, and use various software programs. Office management and/or law firm experience preferred. Knowledge of billing and QuickBooks is a plus.
